Picture This teambuilding exercise commences with individuals joining into small teams. Teams collect brushes, paint, a diagram outlining their individual canvas and, a blank canvas. They then set about as a team to mix paints to create the right colours and paint their canvas. Soon into the exercise, teams realise that in order for the overall artwork to be successful they need to collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment on colours and imagery. Once complete, the highlight of Picture This is the final reveal where, following a debriefing session, the masterpiece is unveiled to all participants for the first time using a drone, which always results in loud cheers and thunderous applause.

Installed on tablets, or downloadable onto iphones the Wild Chase app features a unique follow arrow that helps guide teams to their waypoints. Once members arrive at their destination, GPS-triggered challenges are issued to the teams in the form of questions, clues, and pictures that they will work on together to complete. Updates, feedback and scores are kept in real-time as teams progress through their amazing race. Back at home base, each team is monitored and can receive bonus missions at key points in their adventure. Wild Chase participants can be challenged and have fun at the same time, it will be conducted as table top exercise for a conference.

Teams are purposely thrown into a world of chaos, with a clear goal to achieve and timeframe with which to achieve it, no clear path is determined on how to get there. They are tasked with an overload of information, which they need to decipher and determine relevance of in comparison to their goal. Everything they need is within their reach but it’s not always obvious, teams will need to plan effectively, think strategically, work together, assign roles based on strengths in order to reach their goal and succeed
Being agile at its core is about ones ability to control emotions  and be resilient, in order to adapt to change and respond effectively. This simulation, is designed to draw heightened emotions out of participants to understand how they respond whilst under pressure.

This is a high energy activity that works best when you have a minimum of 4 teams working together to teams build a section of a bridge to required customer specifications while overcoming limited resources, communication barriers and strict timelines. Bridges are creatively designed, decorated and branded by each team, with awards being given for the most creative engineering design, best branding, and most efficient use of resources.
The final construction component of the event sees each teams’ bridge being installed as part of the huge, extended company bridge . The exciting grand finale involves driving a remote controlled vehicle over the total length of the extended bridge.

This is a high energy activity which sees team race to space, this is a competitive race against time and your fellow astronauts to  solve the series of puzzles and challenges and be the first collective team to reach the space station, with many unexpected twists and turns along the way.
Each team alliance is representative of a planet and their mission: communicate with other teams to enable you to progress through the obstacles in front of you, but who and what you choose and how you manage people and resources is what will lead to ultimate success …. However, all is not as it seems in space!!!

As facilitators reveal each challenge, teams consult amongst themselves and decide which team member is best suited for the task. Once chosen they compete to complete the challenge in 1 minute and then move onto the next challenge. Throughout the program facilitators update the points board to let your teams know their positions. There are a few other challenges and bonus activities on offer to allow teams to pick up some extra points, keeping the energy high throughout the entire activity. Record breakers is engaging, energetic and lots of fun. It also has fantastic benefits for team communication skills and developing team strategy. The challenges are all fun and inclusive, and the open format ensures everybody is encouraged to participate but can feel comfortable that they are not under any pressure to take centre stage.

Our Chocolate Challenge will see teams compete against each other in a furious battle of marketing, design and creativity as they fight to design the best box of chocolates and accompanying marketing campaign.
After a characteristically abrupt challenge brief from our very own “Sir Alan Sucre”, teams will be introduced to the world of chocolate through an introductory session with our professional chocolatier during which teams will come to understand how to taste chocolate as well as learning the core skills in design.

This is a super charged, fun activity which will see teams battle it out to compete against the other pirates to construct to select a design, gather together some unlikely building materials and then combine their individual talents to build a seaworthy vessel. The proof of a job well done, takes place on a lake, pool or the open sea. Teams take to the battle for a full-blown adventure to recover sunken treasure.
In Pirate Pavillion, teams find out that the ‘impossible’ becomes very achievable when individuals collaborate and co-ordinate their efforts. They also discover that true leadership and great ideas can often come from those you least expect.

In Lead with Speed, teams explore, practise and understand the importance of resource mananagement and process improvement in an engaging and practical context. Lead with Speed clearly shows how processes can be improved if consistent methodology is applied and all team members take ownership of the changes and put them into action. It is a great platform to ignite discussion within a context of practical fun.
Faced with an array of model components, teams must switch into overdrive to meet the project specs in record time. Optimising flow is critical to success as teams are challenged to form ultra efficient assembly lines and shave seconds off successive build times. The pressure is further intensified with the realisation that each model has its own specific style.

In ShowTime teams experience the fascinating world of digital advertising as they create an award-winning ad from initial brief to final screening. Teams represent advertising agencies that are given a brief of the objectives of the campaign. Each team develops a strategy, storyboard and script before moving on to production.
Some participants take part in filming, acting and costume planning and return their knowledge to the team. Teams allocate roles. Actors dress up and put on make up. Equipped with video equipment, props and clapperboards they film their commercial. The commercials are shown to the group and an awards ceremony tops off the experience where advertising excellence is rewarded and celebrated.

SpeedMaster is an app based teambuilding game. Each team starts the game with a tablet and a box of equipment. Their quest is to complete as many challenges within a given timeframe to maximise their points to out-perform other teams and win the game. The mental, creative and physical challenges come in varied difficulty levels and a variety of forms – photo, video, single answer, multiple choice, logic puzzles and more! Teams select from the hundreds of challenges available, each with a cost to attempt and a reward for successful completion. Some challenges will require the participation of everyone in the group which adds to the need for decisive leadership, strategy and effective communication.
